Cancellations can be requested 7 working days before the actual workshop date. If cancellation is requested within the 7 days before actual workshop date, a 50% charge will be incurred. Please inform us via email or Whatsapp.
We will send you an invoice with the payment details and terms.
We are happy to hold virtual workshops for overseas audiences. If you are located overseas, additional shipping fees will apply.

Yes, postage cost is included for virtual workshops. Each kit will be mailed to 1 location, please provide us with the addresses.
We are also able to send all craft kits to a single location if you would like to distribute to the participants from your side.
If there are less than 10 participants, we will charge the price for 10 pax.
(For example, the workshop costs $30 per pax and there are only 8 participants for the session, we will charge $30 x 10 = $300)
Currently we conduct group workshops at the client’s location (school / offices). We are happy to travel to your convenient location to hold the workshops.
Kindly book at least 1 month in advance.
